What does rental include? • the performance space, gallery rooms, and art studio • sound system •microphone and stand •video projector and screen •DVD player and VGA connection to projector. We have created colorful abstract DVDs for use with the projector, or you can provide your own presentations. Marc Billard is part of the staff who will help with technical setup, sound and video.
Additional Services Included in Rental • A staff of 3-4 that is available to help at the event if needed. • Event promotion through our websites, email list, and social media (optional)
What is capacity? •70 in performance space + 25 in gallery rooms and art studio

When is Lumonics available? •Day and evening hours •50% deposit secures the date.
