The space was accommodating for a DJ and dance area, a food and beverage area, ample seating throughout, and was filled with interesting and mesmerizing works of art. Various rooms within the gallery offer variety and space for people to move around freely and mix things up without feeling too confined to a single place. Barry and Marc have created an atmosphere at Lumonics that is truly special and will both impress and surprise your guests. What does rental include?
• use of the performance space and gallery rooms
• areas for refreshments
• sound system with sub-woofers
• microphones and stands
•video projector and screen
• table for DJs
• DVD player and VGA connection to projector.
• Android and iPhone connections
• Staff available to help at the event if needed.
We have created colorful abstract videos for use with the projector, or you can provide your own presentations. Marc Billard is the technical director who will help with setup, sound and video.
What is capacity?
• seating for 45 people in performance space including, sofas chairs and floor cushions
• 35 in gallery rooms and art studio
What types of events take place?
• Companies and associations who want to utilize the visual stimulation of the art environment to unleash creativity
• Birthday parties, receptions, fund-raising, meetings, after-parties
• Music Performers/Bands
• Memorial Gatherings (you can provide us with slide show and favorite music)

• Spiritually oriented events with themes of yoga, qigong, kirtan, reiki, etc.
