META MYTH Bio: Featuring Avery Runner and Rachael Fox Feather Dougherty
We are a collective of musicians, dancers, and visionary artists working out of Aum Lab Studios founded at Mineral Hot Springs, Colorado. Bringing medicine music to our audiences and uniting our community of instrumental artists is our cause.
Spearheaded by sound engineer Avery Runner, the project brings a wide cultural array of tribal electronic influences to the sound system. Vocalist and sound therapist Rachael Fox Feather manages the project, bringing therapeutic sound modalities, poetry, and etheric vocals to our stunning studio and stage performances. Based on a simple invocational performance, with additional musicians and performers from across our diverse community, we provide a creatrix of music and dance performance. Exploring archetypes of collective consciousness, we apply neo-ceremonial staging to oelectro-sound and healing fusion. Our intentions are to create a sacred container within our performances, allowing our culture to explore and express personal mythologies into shared creation.

Nāga is a Denver-based organic-electronic, psychedelic world-fusion live performance group.
Combining World-beat, Tribal-Ambient, Downtempo and Electro-Dub, with Psychedelic and Experimental Rock, Nāga draws inspiration from around the world, interpreting indigenous, tribal and classical folk traditions. A blend of the ancient and the modern, Nāga’s live performances are often extended mystical explorations featuring psychedelic guitars, mantras, spoken word, tribal drumming, and downtempo electronic beats for a trance-inducing, mind-expanding experience.
Nāga’s roots began in the late Spring of 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, when band members of Quantum Beings of the Miraculous and Forests of Azure began drumming outdoors in a Denver park as a way of staying connected to friends and live music, as well as coping with the isolation of a quarantine. Soon, tribal drumming expanded to include chanting, guitars, and electronic textures, with
hypnotic improvisational jams becoming a sort of moving, musical meditation. As more and more players gathered for this ritual of music, the rhythm circle mushroomed into a weekly outdoor event including live tribal-ambient soundscapes and dancers. Over the next several years, a musical and ideological collective coalesced into what is now called Nāga, representing both light emerging from the darkness, as well as destruction, change, and rebirth.

Darshan Dance Company is an Indian Temple Fusion dance company based out of Denver, Colorado.
Darshan Dance Company’s intention is to create an offering to the Divine through dance, to inspire divine imagery, and to heal both the planet and humanity through sacred dance ritual performance. We explore and apply Sacred Theatre Yogic philosophies to modern-day dance fusion performance by combining “Indian Temple Dance” with Tribal or “Transcontinental Fusion Belly Dance” to create our unique productions. Philosophically, the word Darshan is a Sanskrit word meaning “To see the Divine with your own eyes and to be changed from that experience.” In this spirit, we offer ourselves as a form of Maha Prasadam to the Divine through our dance ritual performances. Our intention is to give our audience and each other this blessing each time we perform, gather, and dance together.
Katie Bhairavi deeply believes that it is by the grace of her beloved Gurus, spiritual guides, and devotion to the love of the dance as prayer, that Darshan Dance Company has thrived. She has the deepest gratitude for all of the guides, Gurus, teachers, students, and visionaries who have supported and blessed Darshan Dance Company’s incredible mission through these years.
